We first came across Xtract furniture at the Dental Showcase last year in Birmingham. We were planning a practice re re- furbishment and were looking for a new reception desk. We looked at some pictures of what they had already done. They had various options of colours and styles. Robin said he would contact us and come down to the practice for a free site survey. He came down within a week of the dental showcase, he was very professional and advised us of what would be suitable for our practice. Within a couple of days he had emailed me some drawings and a price. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes we had obtained.

We went a head. There was no trouble or hassle, the date we agreed, they came down and fitted everything, leaving no mess. I would definatley recommend Xtract furniture, they gave us a a good reliable , professional, hassle free service. We are very happy with our new desk, it looks great and the quality is superb.

I contacted Xtract furniture from a reply paid card which highlighted their products. I was in the market for a new reception counter and waiting room seating.

From the moment I contacted X tract I found them to be polite, thoughtful and understanding to my needs. We arranged a appointment for a late afternoon and they arrived on time on the day stated. After a brief discussion they measured up my reception area and clarified a few issues that I had not noticed.

They promised me a detailed drawing and full specification details within seven working days. True to there word the drawing arrived. The drawing even indicated where my electrician needed to supply his power too. The initial layout they did was slightly different to what I expected but after a telephone conversation I understood the reason why.

I found them price conscious and met with my budget.

What I liked about X tract was they did not pressure me into anything kept to their word and if anything undersold there product. It was a nice pleasant change to deal with a company that had my best interest at heart.

I was told on receipt of order the furniture would arrive within four weeks. Again they kept to there word. Due to my practice needing to be kept open I asked if the furniture could be installed late at night. They did not give it a second thought and agreed to do the installation at the time I stated without any incurring costs. They helped in moving my computers etc without any fuss.

They installed the counter cleaned up there packaging etc and left the waiting room very clean.

My patients love the counter the receptionist can't believe the extra space she now has. I have nothing but high esteem for X tract and would gladly recommend them to any of associates

Finally I lost a key to my storage unit a short while afterwards and contacted them they sent a key free of charge with no hesitation at all. What a nice company to deal with. I am so glad I returned that card.
